AGAT Laboratories Benefits Overview

Serve as primary client liaison for laboratory inquiries, build and maintain client relationships via face-to-face, email, and phone; manage work order expectations, communications on sample receipt, certificates, invoices and TAT delays; coordinate with lab operations; update client instructions; participate in team training and maintain departmental knowledge.

Provide HR administrative and recruitment support across provinces: post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, update ADP Workforce Now, review HRIS reports, liaise with Payroll, ensure compliance with employment laws, support employee programs, and deliver timely service.
