Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, employee changes, reconciliations, reporting, year-end documentation, and payroll compliance. Resolve employee and management inquiries, support payroll team members, and improve payroll processes. The role requires Canadian payroll expertise, strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, computer proficiency, and preferably a completed or in-progress PCP designation.
