Lead specification, commissioning, and operation of DCS and automation for an industrial gas fermentation plant. Design control architecture, write control narratives and C&E matrices, participate in hazard workshops, manage vendor integration, oversee FAT/SAT and loop testing, troubleshoot field automation equipment, assist SIS procedures, and help develop site IT architecture and remote monitoring.

Lead production engineering for the FOAK gas fermentation plant; manage engineers/technicians; optimize and debottleneck gas fermentation and upstream/downstream processes; ensure safe operations; run improvement projects and RCAs; support design, construction, commissioning and startup of next commercial plant; significant on-site presence and collaboration with scientific and automation teams.

Lead production engineering for a FOAK gas fermentation plant: operate, optimize, debottleneck, and ensure safe reliable plant performance; manage engineers and technicians; oversee improvement projects, root-cause analyses, and commissioning/startup of the next commercial plant.
