Leads strategic HR partnership across Europe and APAC, advising senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent and performance management, succession, employee relations, engagement, change management, and international employment practices. Partners with global People teams to adapt programs to local requirements, strengthen culture and employee experience, and use people data to guide decisions in a high-growth, geographically dispersed organization.

Supports loyalty and retention analytics through A/B test management, KPI tracking, recurring dashboards, and performance reporting. Monitors churn, winback, cancellation, and loyalty metrics; identifies trends, risks, and opportunities; and translates findings into actionable recommendations. The role also manages loyalty merchandise planning and replenishment, collaborates with Data Science and program owners, coordinates analytics requests, and prepares MBR/QBR materials.

Owns motion design across Europe, establishing creative strategy, standards, systems, and quality benchmarks while producing hands-on video and motion content. Creates and iterates YouTube-first and Meta assets, uses performance data to improve creative, develops AI-assisted workflows, mentors designers, and oversees agencies and freelancers. The role also manages high-volume projects, localizes German-market creative, and ensures brand consistency across campaigns.
