Manages end-to-end implementation and delivery of clinical trial software solutions. Serves as the primary client contact, coordinates trial managers, investigator sites, commercial teams, and technical contributors, and oversees project priorities, documentation, SOP compliance, training, and quality audits. The role requires strong client relationship management, facilitation, presentation, organization, and software implementation experience, with preferred exposure to Agile development or life sciences.

Designs, builds, tests, and maintains full-stack features across Angular, Java, and Spring applications. Owns work from technical design through production deployment, contributes to system design, CI/CD, observability, testing, and operational resilience, and collaborates with Product, DevOps, and QA. Uses agentic coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor under team guardrails. Participates in code reviews, audits, documentation, debugging, and continuous engineering improvements.
