Oversee multifamily property operations, resident relations, team leadership, budgeting, rent collection, leasing, vendor coordination, compliance, maintenance, and marketing. The Community Manager drives occupancy, revenue, expense control, resident satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and successful team performance while maintaining accurate operational and financial records.

Prepare vacant apartment units for move-in by performing repairs, painting, cleaning, appliance inspection, flooring and fixture replacement, and cosmetic improvements. Coordinate with property management to meet turnover deadlines, maintain work and inventory records, and follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Oversee operations, financial performance, leasing, maintenance, compliance, and teams across multiple residential properties. Drive NOI, implement budgets and value-add plans, manage tenant relations, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop property management staff while traveling frequently to portfolio sites.
