Assists with daily operations of a multifamily property, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, rent collection, renewals, budgeting, reporting, marketing, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance. Leads and develops leasing and property management staff while supporting occupancy and financial goals. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, leadership, basic computer and property management technology skills, knowledge of fair housing regulations, and reliable transportation.

Prepare vacant apartment units for move-in by performing repairs, painting, cleaning, appliance inspection, flooring and fixture replacement, and cosmetic improvements. Coordinate with property management, document work and materials, manage time to meet turnover deadlines, and follow safety and property standards.
