On-call substitute Program Leader for after-school sites in Los Angeles. Lead enrichment activities (academic support, arts, fitness, youth leadership), manage classroom behavior, engage students, and cover shifts 4–20 hours/week (typically afternoons). Schedule varies by site and availability.

Provide after-school academic instruction and homework help to middle school students (grades 6-8). Manage a classroom of up to 20 students, deliver subject-specific tutoring (math, English, science), support site team goals, participate in trainings, and work some evenings/weekends. Positions are part-time (15-20 hours/week).

Lead after-school dance classes and coach student dance squads, teaching safe progressions, choreography, and competition preparation. Manage rehearsals, ensure student safety, and coordinate with site supervisors. Complete required health and background screenings and obtain First Aid/CPR certification.

Lead and teach soccer and after-school enrichment to middle school students: manage classes of ~20, provide homework help, deliver 6–8 week sessions, support site team, attend trainings, and create a safe, fun learning environment. Must work afternoons with some evenings/weekends.

Coach middle school students in sports (basketball, football, soccer, etc.) during after-school programs. Work 15–20 hours/week, typically afternoons, Monday–Friday. Must be 18+, have a high school diploma, pass TB and background checks, and hold CPR and First Aid certification. Positions located across Los Angeles.

Lead and implement daily after-school enrichment for middle-school students, create lesson plans aligned to California standards, supervise activities, recruit/retain students, communicate with school staff and families, attend trainings, and support program events and logistics.

Provide after-school cheer coaching including safety, progressions, stunts, and competition choreography for student squads. Lead practices, manage a squad, follow site schedules (typically 2:30–6pm), and complete required health and safety clearances and certifications.

Support observation and evaluation of after-school classrooms; plan and execute org-wide events (sports tournaments, leadership summit, camps); develop curriculum and train frontline staff; attend meetings, travel to off-site events, and perform related duties as an AmeriCorps VISTA position.
