Administer and configure the HRIS to maintain data integrity, perform audits, generate reports and visualizations, troubleshoot end-user issues, document procedures, support PAF processing, train users, and assist HR with ad-hoc projects.

Supervise and motivate children and residents in recreational programs; implement and monitor activities, maintain records and inventories, plan events within budget, de-escalate conflicts, run an After School Program (study hour, lunch, socialization), prepare meals per USDA guidelines, and complete monthly schedules and assessments.

Provide employment-focused case management for supportive housing tenants: conduct screenings and vocational assessments, develop support plans, job development, work-readiness training, benefits application assistance, coordinate with community partners, maintain accurate documentation and outcome tracking, perform unit visits, and manage an assigned caseload.
