The Human Resources Generalist manages full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer extensions, and onboarding. The role partners with hiring managers, tracks recruiting metrics, supports employer branding, conducts background and eligibility checks, and maintains compliance with employment laws. Additional responsibilities include HR policy review, HR technology use, employee confidentiality, and general departmental support.

Provide full-cycle HR support including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance with employment laws, investigations, benefits administration, and HRIS/talent system usage. Serve as backup for other HR generalists and support a positive relationship between staff and leadership.

Lead the organization's financial management, oversee accounting and payroll, ensure accurate accrual-based financial statements, maintain internal controls, manage budgets and audits, liaise with external funders and auditors, present financials to the CEO and board, and identify growth opportunities.
