Provide front desk coverage and monitor building security at a supportive housing facility. Control access, patrol premises, inspect safety equipment, respond to alarms and emergencies, document incidents, maintain visitor and shift logs, and report issues to building management or the Program Director. Attend required trainings and perform related duties.

Manage administrative functions of a family residence including fiscal controls, HR and payroll, vacancy coordination, reporting, liaison with government agencies, policy development, staff supervision and special projects to ensure regulatory compliance and effective program operations.

Provide 24/7 security coverage for a Bronx shelter: monitor access, conduct rounds, respond to emergencies, enforce rules, liaise with police/EMS, maintain logs, and support resident wellbeing while participating in training and interdisciplinary communication.
