Provide employment-focused case management for supportive housing tenants: conduct screenings and vocational assessments, develop support plans, job development, work-readiness training, benefits application assistance, coordinate with community partners, maintain accurate documentation and outcome tracking, perform unit visits, and manage an assigned caseload.

Supervise and support social services staff in a supportive housing program for formerly homeless individuals with mental illness/substance use disorders. Oversee service delivery, individualized service plans, staff training, quality assurance, documentation (including CAPS and TMS), reporting, crisis intervention, tenant advocacy, and collaboration with external agencies.

Oversee clinical and social services for a shelter, supervise intake and case management teams, ensure DHS compliance, develop and evaluate programs, coordinate with community and medical partners, track outcomes, implement quality assurance, and cover facility oversight in the Program Director's absence.
