Processes donations, pledges, vendor invoices, payments, wire transfers, and disbursements. Maintains donor and vendor records, reconciles donations across databases and accounting systems, resolves errors, prepares financial reports and specialized donation receipts, and handles related communications. The role also trains finance volunteers and responds to donation inquiries while supporting accurate financial record keeping.

Provides initial support and care for sponsors and donors, manages sponsor accounts and recurring pledges, processes correspondence, onboards sponsors, and supports seasonal projects and fundraising events. Responsibilities include managing partner communications, monthly statements, annual letters, photos, pledge setup, campaign support, procedure updates, and occasional weekend work. The role collaborates with U.S. and Rwandan staff and requires strong communication, organization, computer, and basic mathematical skills.
