Teams at Africa Health Research Institute (AHRI)

Supports multi-omics bioinformatics research through biological data preparation, pipeline monitoring, basic analysis, pathway interpretation, visualization, documentation, and collaboration with researchers. The intern works with sequencing, transcriptomics, proteomics, and clinical datasets using R, Python, Linux, and bioinformatics databases while developing reproducible research skills.
