Lead ADO's fundraising and partnership strategy across Africa: identify and secure institutional funding, cultivate government, foundation, university and corporate partnerships, manage donor stewardship and reporting, grow sponsorships for conferences and programs, and strengthen institutional visibility and strategic positioning to support long-term sustainability.

Lead design, implementation, and quality assurance for ADO programmes. Translate strategy into workplans, budgets, and SOPs; supervise program staff; strengthen operations (procurement, logistics, HR); manage stakeholder partnerships and fundraising inputs; oversee MEAL systems and reporting; plan events and ensure safeguarding and compliance.
