The role involves frequent communication with insurers, clients, claimants, attorneys, and other stakeholders while managing multiple files and meeting quality and productivity expectations.

Manages on-site contact center operations, including KPIs, staffing, quality, sales and service performance, attendance, attrition, budgets, and profitability. Leads Operations Project Coaches, develops employees, manages performance, supports hiring and terminations, coordinates policies and training, analyzes operational data, and maintains client relationships. The role requires leadership, customer service, call center operations, budget management, communication, and flexibility to work nights and weekends.
