The Subrogation Support Representative aids the Subrogation Department by managing files, processing correspondence, and ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.

Lead and manage the Workplace Experience/Facilities team to ensure facility operations, maintenance, vendor management, budgeting, compliance, transport and food services, and workplace safety. Oversee training, performance, procurement support, access control and cabling, expense monitoring, and continuous improvement to maximize operational and financial performance.

Lead and manage site training operations, design and maintain curriculum, coach trainers, analyze training metrics, partner with stakeholders, manage budgets and staffing, and drive continuous improvement to ensure learner proficiency and client success.
