Owns the pharmacy benefit product and partnership lifecycle from opportunity discovery through launch and optimization. Facilitates workshops, manages strategic initiatives, and improves talent practices using data and feedback.

The Vice President of Strategic Growth will drive revenue growth and market expansion through PBM sales strategy, broker and consultant relationship management, direct employer outreach, and full-cycle business development. Responsibilities include managing RFPs, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, tracking sales activity in Salesforce, and collaborating with marketing, operations, underwriting, proposals, implementation, and client management teams. The role requires extensive healthcare or pharmaceutical sales experience and involves 50% travel.
