Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to an 11-year-old pediatric patient with cerebral palsy and complex medical needs. Responsibilities include tracheostomy and G-tube care, Hoyer lift transfers, seizure management, and supporting the patient and family during weekend eight-hour shifts. Candidates must hold an active Connecticut LPN license, current BLS certification, and relevant pediatric nursing experience. The role includes clinical training, administrative support, direct deposit, bonuses, and consistent weekend scheduling.
