Provides administrative support for distributor and manufacturer trade programs, pricing requests, sales reporting, cost changes, program renewals, and data entry. Supports client managers, account executives, customer service, manufacturers, and customers by responding to inquiries, maintaining records, submitting approvals, and coordinating timely communication. Requires Microsoft Office and SharePoint proficiency, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and comfort using multiple systems. The role follows a Monday–Friday hybrid office schedule.

Provides continuous customer and client service, enters and manages orders in Foodmark, cross-references invoices, maintains records, communicates market and order information, and supports account managers and sales teams. Handles order issues, distributor communication, deductions, filing, and customer inquiries while contributing to inside sales and suggestive selling. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, technology, organization, and adaptability in an office or authorized remote setting.
