Leads day-to-day IT operations for a distributed, multi-office organization supporting approximately 850 employees. Oversees help desk, infrastructure, systems administration, security, backups, vendors, budgets, technology projects, AI governance, documentation, and employee training. Partners with senior leadership and business teams on IT strategy, technology roadmaps, compliance, and growth initiatives. Requires hands-on administration of Microsoft cloud and endpoint environments, Windows infrastructure, networking, Azure, security tools, and IT service management platforms.

Maintains financial records across multiple divisions, processing accounts payable and receivable, recording payments, reconciling accounts, posting journal entries, and supporting month-end close. Assists with payroll and employee expense processing, resolves coding and account discrepancies, and coordinates with sales, operations, brokerage teams, vendors, and customers. Requires accuracy, organization, strong Excel and QuickBooks skills, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.

Processes and manages manufacturer bids for the K-12 school channel, including preparing, customizing, proofreading, and submitting bid documents. Maintains bid workflows, approves vendor sales allowances and agreements, monitors competitive information, sends quotes, enters commodity orders, and audits agreements affecting margins. The role requires knowledge of federal procurement guidelines and USDA school nutrition programs, strong organization and communication skills, attention to detail, and occasional territory travel.
