Teams at Affinity Gaming

Manages employee and labor relations across a multi-state, union-represented retail environment. Investigates complaints, mediates disputes, advises management on employment regulations, supports labor negotiations and union activity, maintains case documentation, develops compliance training, monitors litigation risks, and assists with agency inquiries. Requires strong knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act, employment law, change management, and organizational leadership. A gaming license is required.
