Supports digital content growth across social media, video, website updates, and customer journey communications. Creates carousels, infographics, Reels, scripts, storyboards, graphics, and short-form videos; may appear on camera. Helps adapt investment-related information into clear content and supports publishing, optimization, customer acquisition, activation, engagement, reactivation, and conversion initiatives.

Supervise daily bureau de change operations, including foreign currency transactions, cash and stock management, pricing, staff scheduling, regulatory compliance, and customer service. Lead and coach BDC Sales Executives, monitor sales performance, resolve operational issues, maintain controls and documentation, and support business initiatives and process improvements.
