Serve as the primary client contact for key accounts, build strong relationships, onboard and train new clients, and advise on monitoring solutions. Proactively identify client needs, analyze performance data, coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues, and drive account optimization and success.

Lead procurement, sourcing and supplier relationship management across three group companies. Drive vendor negotiations, sourcing strategy, cost and budget management, vendor scorecards, and inventory buying processes. Partner with CFO, business and technology leaders to standardize RFP/RFI processes and deliver cost savings while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Lead design and implementation of a modern enterprise data warehouse and unified data architecture. Build and mentor a high-performing data team, enable self-service analytics, ensure data governance and quality, and support AI/ML and NLP initiatives while partnering cross-functionally to deliver data initiatives on time and within budget.
