Designs, develops, tests, and maintains scalable cloud backend software, databases, APIs, SDK integrations, and middleware interfaces. Troubleshoots complex technical issues, improves testing and validation, supports cloud infrastructure and performance optimization, evaluates technologies and vendors, and provides technical leadership. Collaborates with software, firmware, development, leadership, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions aligned with product and business goals.

Leads the design, development, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SDK platforms and software integrated with firmware. Provides technical leadership, develops architectures and testing protocols, resolves complex integration issues, evaluates tools and vendors, manages technical risks, and collaborates with software, firmware, leadership, and cross-functional teams. The role also mentors team members and ensures scalable, reliable, maintainable SDK deliverables.

Design and conduct sensory neurophysiology and perceptual experiments involving neural stimulation, sensory interfaces, and human perception. Collect, curate, statistically analyze, and visualize neurophysiological and behavioral data. Develop scripts and software tools to automate experimental workflows and collaborate with biomedical scientists, engineers, data scientists, and product developers to translate research insights into consumer neurotechnology products.

Support hardware integration, assembly, packaging, and development for wearable haptic devices. Use 3D CAD to design densely packaged consumer electronics, build prototypes, ensure manufacturability, support testing and troubleshooting, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain engineering documentation to meet performance, cost, and schedule goals.

Design, develop, test, and validate electrical hardware for wearable neural haptic devices. Lead system architecture, miniaturization, low-power design, EMI/ESD/EMC compliance, prototype development, and cross-functional integration. Create schematics, test plans, and documentation while troubleshooting, performing root-cause analysis, and supporting regulatory certification and vendor collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.

Design, verify, test, and support development of ASIC chips for wearable neural haptic devices. Collaborate with product teams, fabrication partners, and vendors; perform verification and board-level testing; troubleshoot design issues under senior guidance and contribute to project planning and delivery.

Develop and execute hardware verification and validation test plans for wearable haptic devices. Perform functional, electrical, environmental, reliability, and system-level testing on prototypes and production hardware. Diagnose failures, run root-cause analysis, design automated test methods, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality through EVT/DVT/PVT phases. Document results and provide technical recommendations to leadership.
