Teams at Affect

Supervises counselors and therapists delivering substance use and mental health care. Responsibilities include clinical supervision, coaching, performance management, chart reviews, documentation and billing compliance, utilization management, clinician training, hiring, quality improvement, and program development. The supervisor also maintains a small clinical caseload and collaborates with clinical, medical, and operations teams. This is an in-office, Monday-through-Friday role in the Portland metro area.
