The Senior Software Engineer will develop Flutter mobile applications, integrate GraphQL APIs, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions for the Afero Hubspace smart home product.

Lead and improve Afero's firmware stack, recruit and mentor firmware engineers, coordinate cross-functional launches from concept to mass production, drive timely factory releases (EVT/DVT/PVT/MP), and provide technical direction to improve design, architecture, implementation, release processes, and quality.

The Senior Technical Program Manager at Afero will lead execution of complex IoT projects, collaborate with teams, manage risks, and drive process improvements.
