Design and develop motorcycle and UTV suspension products from concept through production. Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production staff; research materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes; create technical documentation; and provide customer and internal technical support. The role requires hands-on fabrication, motorcycle installation, prototyping with lathes and mills, CAD proficiency, CNC knowledge, GD&T understanding, and occasional travel.
