Serves as the first point of contact for prospective franchisees, guides applicants through applications and compliance requirements, maintains records, evaluates location fit, and closes franchise opportunities. Provides accurate information about fees, requirements, and support while delivering professional customer service through phone, email, and occasional in-person interactions.

Supports Zenshi franchisees through mentorship, policy enforcement, operational guidance, financial analysis, food safety oversight, and sales improvement. Conducts field visits, documents compliance, translates strategic plans into sales activities, analyzes P&L and profitability opportunities, and builds franchisee accountability. The role requires up to 60% travel, strong relationship-building and communication skills, restaurant operations leadership experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The role monitors franchise performance, reviews P&L, cash flow, and EBITDA, identifies profitability opportunities, and holds franchisees accountable to brand standards.
