Aeviya screens applications, then conducts structured, job-specific conversations by text, phone, or video. Our AI is prepared with the role, company context, and the performance criteria that matter, so it can ask thoughtful follow-up questions and gather real evidence—not just keywords from a résumé. Hiring teams receive clear, comparable insight into each candidate’s relevant experience, problem-solving, communication, motivation, availability, and role-specific evidence. This helps recruiters and hiring managers spend their time with the people most likely to succeed. Aeviya also supports our client companies in sharing open opportunities and connecting with candidates. Unless a job posting specifically identifies Aeviya as the employer, the role is with the client company named in that posting. Aeviya provides the hiring experience and screening technology; the client company makes the final hiring decision. We believe a résumé is a starting point, not the whole person.
