Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, operations, and supply chain roles across hardware, software, AI, embedded, electrical, systems, mechanical, photonics, and optics disciplines. Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders, develop talent strategies, source passive candidates, manage multiple searches, provide market intelligence, and support Aeva’s employment brand.

Lead design and implementation of LiDAR sensing algorithms across the full signal chain (DSP, detection, ranging, calibration, point cloud processing). Drive algorithm architecture, perform trade studies and validation, collaborate with firmware/optics/systems to integrate and optimize for embedded/SoC/FPGA targets, and provide technical leadership across teams.

Lead end-to-end systems engineering for next-generation LiDAR sensors: own architecture, requirements, opto-mechanical and DSP subsystems, verification, safety and cybersecurity artifacts, cross-discipline integration, and ASPICE/ISO-compliant lifecycle deliverables.
