Develop and transfer active optoelectronic alignment equipment from concept to production, work with manufacturers to resolve hardware and process issues, oversee failure analysis, source alignment tooling, and provide DFM/process ownership for alignment operations.

Develop and optimize optical alignment systems, test methodologies, and manufacturing tests for LiDAR and sensor modules from prototypes through high-volume production. Build precision fixtures and motorized stages, create active alignment algorithms, characterize silicon photonics components, and improve test throughput, repeatability, yield, and coverage. Analyze manufacturing data to identify process variation and failures while collaborating with design, photonics, mechanical, manufacturing, quality, and external vendor teams.

Develop and optimize optical alignment systems, test methodologies, fixtures, precision motion stages, and manufacturing tests for LiDAR and sensor modules. Build active alignment algorithms, characterize photonic integrated circuits and optical components, evaluate vendor solutions, and analyze manufacturing data to improve yield, throughput, repeatability, and test coverage. Collaborate with photonics, mechanical, manufacturing, product design, and quality teams.
