Oversee and maintain the organization’s export compliance program, including licensing, ITAR/EAR compliance, risk assessments, audits, training, recordkeeping, visitor and traveler controls, and corrective actions. Coordinate with legal, security, purchasing, contracts, consultants, auditors, and government entities. Support international business development, proposal reviews, contract compliance, trade shows, and demonstrations while developing and implementing trade compliance policies and procedures.

Leads RF Mission Systems production programs for the BADGER product from planning through completion. Manages schedules, budgets, resources, contracts, customer relationships, risks, procurement, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, manufacturing, quality, finance, and subcontractors. Drives production efficiency, compliance, continuous improvement, and successful transition from design to manufacturing while overseeing technical briefings, deliverables, and program performance.

Support the Missile Defense Agency Chief Engineer in transitioning from document-driven to model-based systems engineering. Develop system models, use MBSE tools, and coordinate with internal and external teams on model collaboration. The role focuses on interface and interoperability engineering and may support command and control, data transport, positioning, navigation, and timing systems. It requires a STEM degree, seven or more years of experience, and an active Secret clearance.
