Leads satellite electronics programs from proposal and requirements definition through final product delivery. Develops integrated plans, manages scope, resources, budgets, schedules, risks, issues, opportunities, and change control. Coordinates cross-functional teams, negotiates cost, schedule, quality, and deliverables, tracks performance metrics, communicates with customers and leadership, and ensures execution against program commitments and industry project-management standards.

Supports the execution of company programs across cost, schedule, technical performance, risks, priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment. Coordinates project teams, leads program meetings and reviews, tracks program health and statistics, analyzes scope changes, supports proposals, and ensures compliance with company processes. The role works with a lead program manager in a highly technical environment and may support unmanned aircraft and international programs.

Leads complex development programs and mentors project management professionals. Responsibilities include aligning supply with demand, managing financial reporting and corrective actions, analyzing customer accounts and forecasts, defining organizational data requirements, coordinating product lifecycle transitions, and partnering with production control and supply chain to meet delivery commitments.
