The Operations Project Manager oversees operations throughout the life cycle of programs, ensuring alignment with engineering and production requirements, managing risks, and communicating program status to stakeholders.

Lead and oversee complex, multi-program execution including cost, schedule, scope, risk, and customer alignment. Develop program plans, resource-loaded IMS, budgets/EACs, and manage contractual deliverables and program performance. Mentor PMs, support capture/proposals, run reviews, and ensure compliance with company policies and export/ITAR requirements.

Lead systems engineering for GMD Ground Support Systems: define/manage requirements, review specifications and contractor deliverables, coordinate with stakeholders and SMEs, assess cost and schedule impacts, translate agency standards into GSS requirements, and support verification and integration.
