Designs, simulates, prototypes, integrates, and tests digital and analog electronic systems for small unmanned aircraft. Responsibilities include PCB architecture and layout, component selection, circuit board bring-up, embedded processor and sensor integration, troubleshooting, documentation, and fabrication and test procedures. The role collaborates cross-functionally with avionics, embedded systems, and RF teams, supports R&D projects, and may participate in flight testing.

Leads a portfolio of domestic and international UAS production programs from proposal through delivery and sustainment. Oversees 5–8 program and project managers, program schedules, budgets, pricing, contracts, technical performance, export compliance, staffing, and customer relationships. Drives proposal strategy, contract negotiations, operational improvements, and cross-functional execution while developing high-performing teams and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
