Lead the autonomy organization end-to-end, owning technical strategy and delivery across perception, prediction, planning, controls, and localization. Hire and manage a senior autonomy team, set multi-year roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional trade-offs (Systems, Safety, Platform, Hardware, Simulation, Product), remain hands-on in design reviews and debugging, and ensure production deployment of autonomy software on real vehicles.
