As a Precision CNC Grinder, you will program, set up, and operate various CNC grinding machines, inspect parts, and ensure high precision in a machine shop environment.

Designs and develops embedded software for motion control products, interacts with teams to debug and implement features, and tests software performance.

Plan and schedule production using MRP software, set sales order delivery dates, prepare production packets, analyze production trends, conduct root-cause analysis on delays, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time shipments.

Supervise storeroom staff and daily operations, ensure inventory accuracy and ERP reconciliation, oversee kitting/receiving, improve processes, generate metrics, and collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and Engineering.

The CNC Machinist Trainee will set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate parts, study blueprints, and ensure quality machining.
