Leads aerospace engineering development programs by managing project execution, schedules, milestones, costs, baselines, metrics, risks, opportunities, suppliers, and customer relationships. The role drives program performance, engineering quality, productivity, and technology roadmaps while leading development teams. Responsibilities include variance analysis, action planning, and reporting. Travel within the United States or internationally may be required for less than 10% of the time.

Develops and integrates Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning Systems and other avionics solutions. Responsibilities include authoring requirements in DOORS, system-level analysis, model-based design, integration, verification, validation, certification support, customer interaction, and project coordination. Collaborates with hardware, software, test, and systems engineering teams to meet safety, performance, compliance, schedule, and budget objectives. The role is hybrid in Phoenix, with the first 90 days fully onsite and up to 10% travel.

Leads the design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and integration of advanced electrical systems and components, including electric machines, power electronics, controllers, and hybrid turbogenerators. Provides technical leadership, ensures compliance with electrical standards, supports validation demonstrations, collaborates across engineering teams, mentors junior engineers, and contributes to model-based systems engineering and innovative power-system solutions.
