Supports network and systems administration under senior engineer guidance, including configuring switches, routers, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, and basic routing. Monitors network performance, troubleshoots connectivity issues, supports helpdesk tickets, performs maintenance and patching, and maintains infrastructure documentation and inventories. Coordinates IT equipment procurement and deliveries. The role includes hands-on hardware work and occasional after-hours maintenance.

Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot network and systems infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless systems, VLANs, routing protocols, VPNs, Linux servers, and Proxmox virtualization. Monitor performance, resolve Tier-2 incidents, maintain documentation, apply firmware and security updates, support escalations, and coordinate hardware and software procurement with vendors.
