Creates detailed electrical schematics, system prints, cable drawings, wirelists, and parts lists using AutoCAD. Collaborates with electrical and mechanical engineering teams to integrate electrical assemblies into system designs. Supports manufacturing by resolving documentation issues, processes engineering changes, and develops customer presentation materials. Develop, integrate, test, and validate physics-based aircraft and flight dynamics models for military flight simulators. Analyze aircraft and engineering data, develop simulation software, execute fidelity and qualification testing, troubleshoot model and system discrepancies, and support hardware/software integration and customer acceptance activities. The role requires aerospace engineering knowledge, C/C++ programming, Linux or Windows experience, technical documentation, configuration management, and collaboration across multidisciplinary project teams.

The Maritime Systems Engineer designs, develops, codes, integrates, configures, and tests ship-bridge simulation systems, including communications, navigation, radar, and steering subsystems. Responsibilities include software development on Linux and Windows, technical documentation, systems integration, quality assurance testing, configuration management, vendor and customer coordination, and problem resolution. The role supports defense simulation programs and requires domestic and occasional international travel, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

Designs and analyzes mechanical systems for military flight training simulators, including structural frames, sheet metal, mechanisms, assemblies, and drawings. Creates manufacturable SolidWorks designs, supports production, resolves documentation issues, presents designs to customers, coordinates with systems and electrical engineers, works with vendors, mentors junior engineers, assists with proposals and cost estimates, and oversees assembly and installation. Requires mechanical engineering experience, manufacturing-process knowledge, U.S. citizenship, background screening, and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

Designs, develops, integrates, tests, debugs, and documents software and computer systems controlling flight simulators. Works across Linux and Windows environments, selects computer equipment, integrates hardware and software, supports simulator configuration, and collaborates with multidisciplinary project teams. Designs electrical systems for military flight-training simulators, including AC/DC power distribution, grounding, I/O, networking, KVM, and communication interfaces. Develops wire lists, cable drawings, system drawings, and installation assemblies; specifies hardware; collaborates with engineering, CAD, vendors, manufacturing, and customers; supports design reviews, acceptance testing, audits, training, and production issue resolution. Requires an electrical engineering degree or equivalent experience, U.S. citizenship, and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance.

Leads the Systems and Software Engineering organizations, overseeing staffing, resource allocation, engineering standards, processes, technical execution, and cross-program integration. Develops engineering leaders and personnel, supports proposals and estimates, manages technical risks, and ensures compliance with quality, configuration management, and systems engineering practices. The role requires strategic workforce planning, multidisciplinary team leadership, lifecycle oversight from requirements through delivery, and collaboration with executives, customers, and program teams.
