Lead governance forums and executive updates, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage escalations, and use customer data, analytics, AI, and automation to improve outcomes and scale Customer Success practices.

Lead global 5G Standalone network architecture strategy and deployment across Australia, Central Europe, and Singapore. Design secure end-to-end telecom architectures spanning RAN, transport, and core environments; guide network evolution for IoT expansion; and make technical decisions for strategic initiatives. Collaborate with engineering, product, sales, marketing, and operations teams, represent networking internally and externally, and communicate with technical and executive stakeholders while supporting complex deployments and operational alignment.

Lead new business development and account management for Aeris connected vehicle platform in Michigan OEMs. Own pipeline and full sales cycles across GM, Ford, Stellantis, and manage Volkswagen Group of America relationship. Build executive relationships, represent Aeris at industry events, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure accurate CRM forecasting and deal execution.
