Identify and research prospects, generate leads through CRM, LinkedIn, email, and cold calling, qualify opportunities, build prospect relationships, handle objections, and nurture leads through the sales pipeline. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, maintain accurate CRM records, and use market intelligence to improve outreach. The role is based near San Francisco with four office days per week.

Diagnose and resolve complex production issues involving customer decision models, data pipelines, recommendations, data transformations, and business logic. Analyze platform behavior, perform root cause and impact analysis, validate fixes, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Modeling teams. Develop troubleshooting guides and knowledge-base content, identify recurring issues, and improve platform reliability while becoming a subject matter expert in customer implementations and modeling capabilities.

Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, statistical and machine learning modeling, and build reproducible end-to-end data pipelines. Translate business questions into analytical solutions, write Python code, productionize models with engineering teams, and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role also involves data quality validation, model evaluation, visualization, and collaboration on deployment, monitoring, and versioning.
