Leads AEQ’s technology and AI strategy, consulting practice development, client relationships, sales pursuits, solution architecture, and delivery quality. Advises senior clients, shapes proposals and delivery plans, guides AI initiatives from experimentation to production, develops technical leaders, strengthens engineering practices, and builds commercially viable technology services across financial services, healthcare, government, and other sectors.

Develop and maintain frontend applications, backend services, REST APIs, database integrations, cloud-native components, event-driven services, and background workloads. Build automated tests, manage CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments, troubleshoot production issues, and provide deployment support. Collaborate with Agile teams, product stakeholders, and clients while independently contributing to an established architecture and codebase.

Responsibilities include configuring VNets, subnets, firewalls, routing, VPNs, DNS, certificates, IAM, disaster recovery, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. The role leads GitOps and infrastructure-as-code practices, manages vendor-controlled pipelines, and oversees their modernization and transition to the client engineering team.

Develop and extend the Backbase digital banking platform using Java, Spring, microservices, and cloud technologies. Translate business requirements into technical architectures, build secure distributed systems, and deliver maintainable, tested code. Collaborate with designers, product managers, developers, and clients across multiple projects. Perform code reviews, apply Agile, TDD, and CI practices, and support integrations using SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, and enterprise integration frameworks.

Lead technical architecture and hands-on full-stack development for an AI-powered XR training platform. Define cloud-native solutions, APIs, AI integrations (LLMs, RAG, agents), engineering standards, roadmaps, and mentor developers to deliver scalable, maintainable enterprise-grade software.
