Designs, analyzes, tests, troubleshoots, manufactures, and fields RF hardware for active radar systems. Responsibilities span requirements definition, component selection, schematic capture, PCB layout, RF simulation, laboratory testing, antenna and transmitter development, and technical roadmap planning. The role also supports radar signal-processing pipelines and collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering teams in an in-person defense manufacturing environment.

Owns electromechanical actuation subsystems for tactical missile platforms, including design maturation, qualification, production readiness, testing, and manufacturability. Responsibilities include sizing motors and drivetrains, managing packaging and sensor integration, building test infrastructure, conducting environmental and life testing, analyzing telemetry, resolving hardware issues, and leading clean-sheet actuation designs for future programs.

Develop and implement manufacturing systems, processes, tooling, fixtures, workstations, digital work instructions, and control plans for complex defense assemblies. Lead DFM/DFA reviews, PFMEA, process validation, manufacturing readiness, root-cause investigations, and continuous improvement in an AS9100-regulated production environment. Collaborate with engineering, quality, production, and supply chain teams through NPI and full-rate production.
