Support Corporate & People Communication by developing and executing internal communication plans, creating and editing content, improving channels (e.g., Viva Engage), and helping organize town halls and internal events. Work closely with the Director to drive employee engagement, leadership and change communication in a fast-paced international environment.

Lead technology delivery across the full software lifecycle in an Agile, cloud-first environment. Responsibilities include translating business outcomes into technical solutions, developing and maintaining applications and platforms, creating proof-of-concepts, applying DevSecOps and secure coding practices, supporting CI/CD and automated testing, resolving third-line incidents, improving delivery processes, managing data privacy risks, and advising engineering leadership while mentoring junior staff.

Monitor pre- and post-trade portfolio mandate compliance using Aladdin, investigate and resolve exceptions, support mandate onboarding and system configuration, prepare management and client reporting, enhance compliance monitoring automation and controls, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and service providers. The role also supports governance, risk management procedures, regulatory adherence, and fair customer outcomes.
