Manage AEGIS London tax compliance and accounting, prepare and review VAT, tax computations and Lloyd's returns, liaise with external advisors and Group Tax, support tax transformation and GL migration, maintain tax controls, provide audit evidence, and run ad hoc tax health checks and projects.

Lead preparation, review and delivery of Lloyd's syndicate regulatory returns and financial statements. Coordinate reporting timetable, audits and capital setting, drive process improvements and systems development, liaise with actuarial/underwriting/risk, present commentary to senior management, and mentor junior finance staff.

Support end-to-end processing of delegated bordereaux data (risk, premium, claims): validate, reconcile, monitor receipt, manage queries with third parties, contribute to MI/reporting, and drive process standardisation and continuous improvement to reduce manual work.
