Manage full-cycle recruiting across operational and corporate roles, including sourcing, candidate engagement, interviews, offers, and pre-employment activities. Partner with hiring managers, maintain ATS records, create compliant job postings, build talent pipelines, and develop recruiting partnerships with schools, career fairs, industry organizations, and community groups. Support employer branding and a positive candidate experience, with approximately 10% travel for recruiting events and company locations.

Supports and optimizes enterprise business applications, integrations, reporting processes, and data integrity. Provides technical guidance to end users, troubleshoots issues, analyzes business processes, identifies automation opportunities, coordinates system enhancements and testing, documents best practices, and delivers training. The role partners with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to implement technology solutions and improve operational efficiency.

Manage a territory selling production chemical solutions: build customer relationships, provide technical troubleshooting and treatment programs, manage inventories and equipment, prepare reports, develop new business, mentor staff, and partner with Technical Services to meet performance and safety goals.
