Directs the LA Galaxy Academy’s high school education program, maintaining academic integrity, student accountability, scheduling, enrollment, staff development, enrichment programming, college counseling support, and program evaluation. The role collaborates with educational partners, families, academy leadership, and soccer staff; tracks academic outcomes; manages education staff; oversees orientations and graduation events; and supports holistic student-athlete development.

Leads HR and payroll support for festivals, venues, touring teams, and event staff. Oversees weekly payroll processing, onboarding, timekeeping, HRIS data updates, personnel files, compliance documentation, employee training, and payroll issue resolution. Develops consistent regional payroll practices, supports HR projects, researches employment-law changes, maintains job descriptions, and mentors payroll staff.

Edits and delivers short- and long-form video content for LA Galaxy across social, digital, broadcast, marketing, partnership, and in-stadium platforms. Builds narratives through editing, sound design, color correction, audio mixing, graphics, animation, and subtitles. Supports filming at matches, training sessions, studio shoots, and events, including rapid-turnaround content. Collaborates with creative, production, design, photo, digital, and game presentation teams while maintaining brand and technical standards.
