Sell group tickets to LA Kings games by prospecting organizations, businesses, niche communities, and community groups. Generate revenue through cold calls, meetings, presentations, networking, referrals, upselling, and targeted promotions. Manage accounts, exceed sales goals, provide customer service, host client events, support game-day sales activities, attend community events, and submit regular sales reports. The role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

Manages broad HR generalist responsibilities, including employee and labor relations, policy interpretation, investigations, corrective actions, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, workforce planning, learning and development, compliance, and employee engagement. Advises employees and managers, supports organizational effectiveness, analyzes recurring issues, recommends policy improvements, responds to regulatory complaints, and represents the organization at unemployment hearings.

Develop predictive and statistical models, analyze operational and financial data, and create performance reports for AEG Presents. Extract, cleanse, and analyze data using SQL, Excel, Power BI, Python, and R. Implement models in proprietary software, define data requirements and structures, and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders across festivals, venues, touring, and other business areas.
