Leads marketing strategy and promotional campaigns for live shows, festivals, tours, and events. Oversees marketing staff, budgets, advertising plans, market research, media buying, public relations, artist and venue relationships, promotional materials, ticketing coordination, and vendor contracts. Develops strategies to increase ticket sales, manages department performance, collaborates with booking and PR teams, and builds relationships with artists, labels, media outlets, and management.

Creates client-facing product education, workflow documentation, playbooks, and knowledge-base resources for complex AXS products. Improves content structure, taxonomy, searchability, lifecycle management, and AI readiness. Delivers advanced training, workshops, webinars, and office hours; supports product launches, releases, GTM initiatives, and adoption communications. Uses search, support, engagement, and adoption data to identify knowledge gaps and improve resources while partnering cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Client Services, Account Management, and Training teams.

Provides legal support across music touring, booking, marketing, live events, and nonprofit matters. Manages legal calendars, intake requests, project tracking, files, approvals, signatures, compliance matters, and certificates of insurance. Reviews and drafts legal documents using templates, incorporates contract redlines, researches issues, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.
