Leads multiple eye-care practices through Practice Managers and providers, developing leaders, improving patient experiences, executing company initiatives, and driving sales, profitability, staffing, compliance, inventory, and operational performance. The role includes practice visits, KPI analysis, coaching, succession planning, talent development, acquisition integration, market expansion, and regular travel across assigned locations.

Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, diagnose vision conditions and ocular diseases, prescribe corrective lenses and medications, provide pre- and postoperative care, educate patients on eye health, and support long-term patient relationships. The optometrist will also recommend treatments, refer patients when appropriate, and communicate lens and coating recommendations to opticians and sales staff.

The optometrist will build long-term patient relationships, support practice growth, and practice within the full scope of their license.
