The role requires strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, Excel, marketing technology, and project coordination skills.

Create, edit, and proofread patient-facing content across social media, web, email, print, education, and marketing campaigns. Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Jasper to support content workflows while ensuring accuracy, compliance, brand voice, and readability. Manage enterprise social channels, scheduling, publishing, profiles, and basic performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing, design, and project teams, manage deadlines, and support tracking and measurement initiatives.
