Drive B2B partnerships with education consultants and agents to recruit international students. Generate and onboard channel partners, manage partner relationships and pipelines, conduct meetings and training, coordinate with counseling and admissions teams, monitor market and competitor activity, and ensure partner compliance and documentation.

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to counsel students about studying abroad, book online/walk-in counseling appointments, follow up leads, maintain lead reports and databases, and provide clear English-language assistance using basic computer skills.

Identify and pursue new markets, customers, partnerships, and products. Generate leads, cold-call prospects, meet clients, build relationships, advise on products/services, coordinate promotional strategy with marketing, and attend relevant seminars and events using CRM and MS Office.
