Lead as the company’s first in-house lawyer, handling commercial contracts, outcome-based deals, research grants, government and university partnerships, IP strategy, NDAs, vendor and employment matters, and scaling legal processes. Advise executives, manage outside counsel, and enable rapid, high-stakes AI work while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Lead execution across client, research, and product efforts, turning abstract ideas into roadmaps. Manage high-leverage projects, ensuring teams remain focused and aligned with goals.
