Serve as primary client contact to resolve issues, educate clients on products, maintain organized account records, ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of information, collaborate with internal teams, and support retention and growth initiatives.

Audit and review client accounts, NCAs, and COBRA setup for compliance with IRS, HIPAA, and DOL. Perform call scoring, peer QA, SOP/document updates, and audits/projects. Provide feedback to improve processes, meet accuracy and turnaround goals, and support daily team workload.

The Proposal Analyst II coordinates proposal development for government procurement, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements and managing timelines while supporting teams with document preparation and content creation.
