Processes and maintains participant and client records through accurate data entry, file reconciliation, error resolution, and report generation. Supports accounting operations across accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, bank lockbox processing, exception funding, HSA and COBRA transactions, and stop payment entries. The role resolves financial discrepancies, maintains compliance and accuracy, supports accounting projects, and contributes to process improvements. It requires third-party administrator experience, accounting or finance education, familiarity with employee benefit products, banking operations, financial systems, and strong attention to detail.

Manage client onboarding and renewals as the primary client contact. Provide proactive, personalized support; educate clients on products, systems, and policies; resolve issues; maintain accurate account documentation; and coordinate with Sales, Client Experience, and Operations. Build relationships with plan administrators and brokers to support retention, ensure HIPAA compliance, and identify workflow improvements. The role is remote after two weeks of in-person training in Carrollton, Texas.
