Develop, edit, and submit compliant, persuasive responses to government RFPs/RFIs/RFQs for SLED opportunities. Source and qualify opportunities, create compliance matrices and content plans, manage cross-functional inputs, maintain content libraries, perform final quality control, submit electronic proposals, and support post‑submission activities and finalist processes.
