Serve as strategic account lead between Marketing and internal partners, translating stakeholder priorities into briefs, plans, and measurable campaigns. Lead intake, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment; produce performance narratives; manage stakeholder satisfaction; and hire, develop, and set service standards for account management teams to drive business outcomes.

Manage end-to-end editorial newsletter production across A+E brands: develop strategy and processes, create and optimize email templates, monitor performance and personalization, oversee push notifications, coordinate with design, vendors, and editorial teams, and find ways to grow engagement.

Lead A+E's first-party customer data strategy and Analytics Engineering to build a composable CDP and identity infrastructure. Define audience use cases, activation pipelines into Iterable/Adobe, ROI/KPI frameworks, and integrate owned signals with paid media measurement. Partner cross-functionally to embed first-party data into marketing, product, and revenue decisions while ensuring privacy and scalable data governance.
