Oversee verification and reconciliation of program metadata between A+E systems and Gracenote. Maintain Airtable records, validate episode sequencing, track Zendesk issues, coordinate resolutions with Gracenote, and collaborate with Technology, Metadata Operations, and Content Operations teams. Document workflows, report discrepancies, and identify opportunities to streamline or automate metadata verification while maintaining accuracy across identifiers, titles, artwork, and episode structures.

Support day-to-day accounts receivable for Ad Sales: billing, cash application, aging analysis, reconciliations, dispute resolution, month/quarter/year-end close, audit support, reporting, SOP maintenance, and process improvement. Use SAP/S4 HANA, Operative, WideOrbit, Excel and AI tools to streamline workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Supports digital product strategy and delivery for A+E editorial websites and applications. Translates audience, editorial, business, and technical needs into requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria; prioritizes enhancements; coordinates with UX/UI, Engineering, Legal, and editorial teams; manages CMS platforms; supports privacy and consent initiatives, testing, launches, and optimization.
