Teams at Advocates

Manages and supports the organization’s telecommunications infrastructure, including cloud-hosted VoIP systems, IP phones, switches, firewalls, and related hardware and software. Installs and configures phones and network settings, maintains system security, availability, performance, and reliability, and collaborates with internal teams and vendors. Provides backup support for servers, network equipment, applications, and Windows Server environments. Travel to network sites may be required.

Provides administrative support to Developmental and Brain Injury service lines by maintaining office systems, records, calendars, communications, events, project tracking, and supplies. Coordinates leadership schedules and divisional initiatives, resolves administrative issues, manages files, supports project planning, and ensures accurate information flow across teams. The temporary hybrid role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Leads enterprise financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, variance analysis, management reporting, and reforecasting across Advocates and its affiliates. Partners with senior leaders and budget stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy, profitability, and organizational performance. Manages strategic finance initiatives, provides actionable insights, supports decision-making, and leads high-performing teams across multiple functions and locations.
