Provides individualized and group employment support to people with disabilities, including job readiness training, career planning, community resource navigation, workplace support, documentation, and implementation of individualized support and behavior plans. Promotes independence, dignity, informed decision-making, and human rights while maintaining professional communication, confidentiality, and agency compliance.

Manages daily operations of a day habilitation program, including staff supervision, mentoring, training, program development, therapeutic activities, quality improvement, and participant health and safety. Leads a multidisciplinary team supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, coordinates with families and community resources, oversees individualized services, and promotes independence and personal growth.

Provides individualized and group peer support to people receiving mental health services, using lived recovery experience to promote self-determination and informed decision-making. Responsibilities include leading recovery and resiliency groups, advocating for client preferences, sharing community resources, coordinating with providers, and supporting culturally diverse populations while following Certified Peer Specialist ethics.
