Teams at Advocate Technologies

Lead client onboarding, implementation, technical integrations, and ongoing success for lender accounts. Manage data migration, configuration, QA, training, support escalations, business reviews, account expansion, and cross-functional initiatives with operations, product, and engineering. Serve as a trusted client advisor, translate requirements into scalable workflows, document processes, advocate for client needs, and mentor junior team members.

Execute daily insurance compliance loan reviews: extract and input loan data, communicate coverage gaps to borrowers and lenders, escalate complex cases, support operations team SLAs, provide product feedback, and assist with ad-hoc operational projects.

Own and ship front-end features for the Advocate Market Terminal, translate product priorities into data requirements, design and maintain extraction/cleansing/enrichment pipelines, and build UI that surfaces complex transaction-level insurance data. Work closely with the product lead and data analysts to ensure the platform supports the product roadmap and scalable live-market products.
