Manages operating and capital budgeting, long-range planning, financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and close-result interpretation. Advises operational and senior leaders on financial performance, trends, regulatory requirements, and improvement opportunities. Oversees budget controls, financial reporting, policy compliance, and collaboration with corporate finance, revenue cycle, and other departments. Supervises staff, including hiring, development, performance management, and employee relations.
