Leads ERP quality assurance and testing strategy, including SIT, UAT, test execution, and defect management. Analyzes business and clinical workflows, translates requirements into system specifications, coordinates application design and implementation, supports Epic and third-party integrations, and manages project plans, timelines, budgets, documentation, training, troubleshooting, and user communications. Serves as a liaison between clinical business teams, IT, vendors, and technical teams while ensuring application integrity, availability, compliance, and release quality.

Provides forensic examinations, interviews, evidence collection, injury documentation, medical care, and emotional support for sexual assault patients. Coordinates resources, guides staff, supports scheduling and staffing, monitors care quality, ensures compliance with nursing and forensic nursing standards, and assists with program development. Requires independent clinical judgment, patient assessment, nursing care planning, documentation, and collaboration with medical center leadership.

Supervises nursing care and staff operations during assigned shifts, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant patient care. Conducts patient and unit rounds, supports clinical care and emergencies, coordinates communication among patients, families, physicians, and departments, resolves clinical and management issues, directs disaster and safety procedures, monitors supplies, and promotes quality improvement and effective teamwork.
