Perform clinical quality auditing for PACT workflows (calls, prescriptions, messages, charts), investigate issues, document and trend results, support coaching and curriculum improvements, and drive operational quality projects.

Collects, reviews and analyzes departmental data, prepares reports, supports PC/software needs, leads and supports analytical projects, serves as liaison for initiatives, maintains healthcare and analytical tool knowledge, and manages multiple projects concurrently to support EMS recruiting and onboarding.

Lead and supervise Operating Room nursing staff, ensuring quality, safety, credentialing, staff development, and collaboration across disciplines. Manage staffing, budgets, OR equipment, performance improvement, patient-centered care, and professional practice governance. Promote a culture of safety, resolve conflicts, and support recruitment and retention efforts.
