Manage the complete vehicle sales cycle, including prospecting, customer needs assessment, product demonstrations, deal structuring, trade-in valuations, finance coordination, documentation, delivery handovers, and after-sales follow-up. Maintain CRM and DMS records, meet monthly sales and gross profit targets, build customer relationships, generate referrals, and represent the vehicle brand at showroom events and launches.

Maintain, repair, fabricate, machine, and reassemble mechanical components for industrial and heavy plant equipment. Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults; perform planned maintenance and breakdown response; align shafts and drives; machine parts to engineering drawings and tolerances; complete maintenance records; and follow site safety procedures. The role requires collaboration with other trades during shared jobs and shutdowns.

Sell vehicles by managing customers from enquiry through delivery, meeting monthly sales and profit targets, handling objections, closing deals, and promoting finance, accessories, and warranty products. Maintain accurate records, participate in campaigns and training, and build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
