Process monthly payroll, reconcile time and attendance data, maintain employee records, calculate statutory deductions, submit South African payroll returns, reconcile payroll reports to the general ledger, resolve employee queries, support audits, and assist with HR administration while protecting confidential information.

Serve as primary HR contact for a client portfolio: conduct HR audits, draft and implement contracts, policies and HR documentation, provide practical HR advice aligned with South African labour law, coordinate with internal recruitment, payroll, IR and compliance teams, perform client site visits, maintain records and reports, ensure POPIA compliance and timely statutory submissions.

Leads the finance department and Group financial strategy, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, capital and investment management, tax, compliance, risk, M&A due diligence, internal controls, and corporate governance. Manages procurement payments and cost optimization while presenting insights to executives and the board. Builds relationships with investors, banks, regulators, auditors, and advisers, and leads finance team development. Requires CA(SA) membership, strong IFRS and South African regulatory knowledge, and at least five years of financial management experience.
