The role partners with sales, product, engineering, and account management teams to accelerate value, retention, growth, and conversion from product trials to long-term commercial adoption.

Own and grow a high-value SaaS account portfolio through strategic upsells, cross-sells, renewals, and churn prevention. Build data-backed business cases tied to customer ROI, influence executive stakeholders, manage complex buying cycles, and drive net revenue retention. Maintain CRM documentation for forecasting and account planning while representing customer needs internally and positioning analytics and data quality capabilities as strategic business solutions.
