Own software quality for a product engineering pod by designing automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; maintaining CI/CD pipelines, test environments, synthetic data, and monitoring; identifying coverage gaps and risks; leading production root-cause analysis; tracking quality metrics; partnering with engineers on testing strategy; and contributing to feature development and bug fixes.

Serve as a strategic partner to enterprise customers, guiding implementation, adoption, training, technical solutions, escalations, retention, and growth. Scope client requirements, demonstrate tailored solutions, provide platform guidance, gather product feedback, support account-management upsell initiatives, and help advance a customer-success culture. The role requires strong communication, organization, analytical problem-solving, IT affinity, digital marketing understanding, and experience in SaaS, professional services, implementation, customer success, or media agencies.

Own the full SaaS sales cycle across EMEA, from pipeline development and prospect engagement through demos, proofs of concept, negotiation, closing, and forecasting. Build relationships with marketing and data decision-makers, maintain HubSpot CRM, and collaborate with sales development, engineering, product, marketing, security, and solutions teams to deliver customized solutions. The role focuses on Adverity’s marketing data and analytics platform in a hybrid London environment.
