Owns the manufacturing system for a high-mix camper and motorhome production line. Responsibilities include optimizing layout, flow, capacity, cycle time, labor efficiency, tooling, fixtures, process controls, electrical architectures, and automation. Leads root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, DFM/DFA, quality initiatives, production readiness, product launches, and capital-equipment improvements while partnering with engineering, quality, production, supply chain, and facilities teams.

Own the technical lifecycle of truck camper and motorhome products from concept through launch, sustaining engineering, compliance, field performance, and end-of-life. Lead CAD, architecture, vehicle integration, validation, engineering release, BOM and configuration control. Resolve production, supplier, warranty, and field issues while coordinating manufacturing, quality, supply chain, service, sales, and marketing. Provide technical leadership for product development and design engineering.

Owns day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for SCOUT’s experiential retail hubs. Responsibilities include managing close processes, reconciliations, inventory accounting, AP/AR, cash management, sales tax compliance, internal controls, budgeting support, financial analysis, and POS/accounting system integration. The role builds scalable accounting processes, supports retail and operational teams, oversees financial integrity across locations, and provides business insights on profitability, margins, inventory, and cash flow.
