Manage and grow key customer accounts by executing strategic account plans, forecasting sales, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating agreements and pricing, and building relationships with decision-makers. Coordinate with marketing, sales agencies, rep groups, and internal teams to deliver revenue and profitability goals. Lead customer meetings, presentations, trade shows, and account strategy while providing direction to assigned sales teams.

Performs analytical and microbiological testing of raw materials, batches, finished products, stability samples, and environmental samples. Releases materials according to approved methods, documents results under SOPs and quality standards, investigates unexpected findings, and supports method validation and equipment implementation. Maintains laboratory supplies and equipment, prepares external testing samples, partners with Quality and Manufacturing teams, and completes required regulatory, safety, and laboratory training.

Manage and grow assigned territory and accounts by building customer relationships, developing new business, executing account plans, forecasting sales, and using data to identify opportunities. Partner with internal teams and Rep Groups, attend customer meetings, trade shows, and events to drive sales and margin goals.
